By accessing or using Oppium ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Oppium is a B2B2C marketplace that connects Opportunity Sponsors (businesses offering products/services for resale) with Seekers (individuals looking for earning opportunities). The Platform facilitates discovery, communication, and commission tracking between these parties.
You must register for an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Users agree not to:
Commission rates are set by Sponsors and agreed upon by Seekers. Oppium facilitates payment processing through Stripe but is not responsible for disputes between Sponsors and Seekers regarding commission amounts or payment timing.
Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant Oppium a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform.
Oppium reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
Oppium is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
